Marketing Assistant

Tailored Events is expanding our Dayton-based marketing team and is seeking a Marketing Assistant who thrives in a people-facing, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on marketing experience through live events, promotions, and direct customer engagement. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with our events and promotions team to bring brands to life through face-to-face marketing, helping increase brand visibility and build strong customer connections. What You’ll Be Doing • Support the execution of marketing campaigns at live events and promotional sites • Represent brands through professional, in-person customer interactions • Assist with event setup, branded displays, and promotional materials • Communicate product and service information clearly and confidently • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support campaign strategy • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals What We’re Looking For • Must be 18+ and able to commute to Dayton, OH • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction • Reliable, organized, and eager to develop marketing skills • Able to start within 2–4 weeks
