The Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate superior oral and written communication, project management, organization, and coordination skills, as well as working knowledge in all of the Microsoft Office products and Salesforce. Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (occassional evenings/weekends for events) Patient correspondence • consists of preparing thank you letters, documenting in Salesforce, and including appropriate gifts or collateral • Miscellaneous correspondence as needed, including prepping mail merge, printing and stuffing
