This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about experiential marketing and event planning to join a pioneering agency where they can develop their expertise, contribute creatively, and grow within a supportive, inclusive environment. • 3-5 years of event planning or experiential marketing experience • highly organized and detail-oriented multitasker • outstanding project coordination skills • excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities • strong time management skills • excellent verbal and written communication skills • willingness to travel up to 30 percent including weekends • ability to work in a fast-paced environment • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • ability to work respectfully with team • ability to provide strong back-office support in office or remotely • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams • must be able to work hybrid in the Westlake Village office 3 days per week • must be able to travel as necessary on the West Coast for this role
