The role of a Marketing Coordinator is, generally, to provide support to the marketing team in the day-to-day management of client accounts. • Provides administration and assistance on day-to-day activities for clients, including responding to client phone calls, handling mail/packages, production and creative deadlines, media placements, record-keeping of the accounts, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • High Level of analytical and critical thinking skills • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment • Excellent time management skills • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with managing SEO, marketing databases, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, and/or additional digital marketing tools • Experience utilizing file management softwares and/or platforms (i.e dropbox, SharePoint, Google Drive) • Outgoing Personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities • Team player
