What You’ll Do: • Promote the venue across digital and local channels (social media, email, local partnerships). Performance Bonuses • $300 bonus for every $6,000 in new revenue in a calendar month • $1,000 quarterly bonus for 14+ new bookings in a quarter • Additional $1,000 if the marketer reaches 14 new bookings in two consecutive quarters • Base pay + commission with metrics we can measure • Commission-only with higher payout per conversion • Or a hybrid performance-based model.
