The Event Coordinator is a key member of Opteon’s growing U.S. Marketing Team and supports the full lifecycle of events across all internal brands. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, sponsorships, internal alignment, and post‑event follow‑up for tradeshows, conferences, and partner events. Event Coordination & Execution • Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of events and tradeshows across all U.S. brands. • Coordinate shipping and logistics for booth materials, signage, and swag. Design & Content Support • Create visual assets in Canva for events, campaigns, and social media.
