Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Events & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand and community presence. This role will focus on planning and executing local events, building partnerships, and supporting marketing efforts both online and in-person.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute local events (health workshops, pop-ups, community outreach)
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations for cross-promotion
Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram & Facebook)
Help organize and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
Attend events and represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
Track event performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Comfortable being on camera and/or interacting with clients in person
Experience in marketing, events, or social media preferred
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others is a big plus
Bonus If You Have:
Experience running events or community outreach
Social media content creation (Reels, Canva, etc.)
Sales or customer engagement experience
