Our Boston based marketing technology company is looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator for an immediate full time contract going until the end of May; this role may extend or convert beyond that point. What You’ll Do: • Event Planning & Execution: Lead all aspects of external event planning and execution, including developing event plans, managing communications, creating creative briefs, supporting contract negotiation, tracking budgets, handling logistics, staffing, and reporting. • Event Management: Attend and execute events to ensure successful end-to-end completion. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ Years of Experience: A background in tradeshow and event management, bonus for experience with small business audiences. Who you are: • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.
