Marketing Event Management Coordinator

CMK Construction Inc / Bath Planet is seeking an Marketing Events Coordinator in our Orlando, FL office. In this role, you are responsible for finding new events to ensure that event sales and gross profit goals are reached. This position is tasked with developing demonstrators though effective coaching, mentoring, motivating, training and accountability. Reporting to the General Manager, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for a team of event staff that directly reports to you. The principle duties and responsibilities of the Events Coordinator consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Holds the events demonstrators responsible for the behaviors that are needed to meet or exceed performance.
