Our Marketing team is looking for a team member to manage B2C events where you will be a part of a small but mighty team whose goal is to promote t On Time Experts brand and value prop to homeowners through a variety of events, sponsorships and activations. Marketing Event Manager Responsibilities • Attend and manage 10-20 events per month, including trade and home shows, sporting events, local fairs and festivals, and job fairs • Support the team through thoughtful event management and execution on projects that reflect our core revenue-generating KPIs and differentiate On Time Experts in the market, with specific attention to sports events • Collaborate and support the organization in the production of customer events, category events, and sponsorships • Manage daily development, production, and vendor relationships for assigned projects • Build relationships and collaborate across the organization with Sales, Service, PR, Customer Marketing, Recruitment, and other related functions, keeping partners informed and engaged throughout projects • Develop event collateral and other related materials including marketing materials and recap reports • Manage event applications and tools like Service Titan, social media applications, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
