Marketing Event Planner

This person will lead the full planning and execution of major large‑format printing events, including two extremely high‑profile annual conventions that require extensive preparation and on‑site, hands‑on involvement. They will develop and manage the annual event calendar, define strategic objectives and design immersive experiences that showcase product innovation across the Large Format portfolio. This role oversees all logistics end‑to‑end — venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, production, and on‑site execution — while partnering closely with creative, marketing, product, and channel teams to deliver standout demos, workshops, and customer experiences. The Event Manager also supports lead capture and CRM integration, creates reusable content assets, and drives post‑event reporting and optimization to ensure strong pipeline impact and continuous improvement. • Strong project management skills is crucial for this role; able to juggle multiple events under tight deadlines.
