This role works closely with the Cooperative Development Manager, member cooperatives, community organizations, and other stakeholders to create a pathway for workforce planning and improved member engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Program Development: Design and implement programs that promote personal growth, education, and social skills, including but not limited to scholarships, Youth Tour to Washington D.C., Explore Ag, Junior Achievement, and E3 Smart. Support and navigate growth and development challenges to aid in achieving member goals. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field or function is preferred. • Experience in electric utility or energy-related field is strongly preferred.
