Job Summary: We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Marketing & Events Coordinator. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and executing our presence at local home shows, expos, and community events — all with the goal of generating high-quality leads for our bathroom remodeling services. Key Responsibilities • Research and book conventions, home shows, and other local marketing events • Coordinate all logistics for booth setup, materials, and staffing • Hire, train, and manage part-time staff to support event operations • Represent the brand at events, engaging attendees and capturing leads • Track, organize, and report leads and event performance to management • Maintain event calendar, manage supplies, and ensure smooth execution Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking to large and small groups • Ability to travel locally and work weekends as needed • Reliable transportation
