Responsibilities & Duties • Provide day-to-day planning and project management for assigned tradeshows, sales meetings, regional training opportunities, and other internal company meetings with a variety of target audiences simultaneously • Lead load-in and load-out planning and execution for all events • Oversee staffing, vendor relations and onsite event logistics with a high attention to detail; includes travel to events as needed • Assist with various other event logistics, including set up and tear down, procuring event materials, selecting menus, event asset management, audio-visual requirements, and other duties as assigned • Manage inventory of all marketing event materials • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve desired event goals • Collaborate with accounting and vendors to ensure timely payment of event expenses • Create and maintain template-driven spreadsheets with a high attention to detail • Implement best practices and maintain high standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences at all events
