As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you’ll assist the Tradeshow & Events Manager with the planning and execution of tradeshows, safety days, and internal events, and provide general support to keep marketing initiatives on track. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team, and over time, there may be opportunities to contribute to content creation and other marketing projects. • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HexArmor’s events and tradeshows • Assist with event logistics including shipping, booth setup materials, promotional items, and inventory management • Maintain event calendars, checklists, and documentation • Help with event prep and follow-up, including internal communication and recaps • Support the creative marketing team with general coordination tasks, file organization, and administrative duties • Assist with internal marketing needs and requests from cross-functional teams • Contribute to marketing content development (e.g., blog or social media) as skills and experience grow
