The Marketing and Events Coordinator will support the execution of company-sponsored trade shows, client-facing events, and branded merchandise initiatives. This Houston-based, hybrid role is responsible for planning, administering, and executing all Marketing-managed events, including industry trade shows (3–4 annually) and corporate/client events, while also overseeing the operations of Audubon’s online Company Store. The Marketing & Events Coordinator is a collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, and possesses a strong customer-service mindset. • Experience with B2B marketing and event coordination. • Experience working with marketing, design, and sales teams in a collaborative environment.
