Marketing Events Coordinator

The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for the following... Registration – Including all pre- event communications. Food and Beverage Planning – Including hotel orders for on-site meals, and catering companies/ restaurants for off-site meals. Point Person – Serve as a point of contact during the duration of the event. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Minimum of 2 years of Event Planning experience • Good communication skills • Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision • Requires established skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams • Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload • Solves routine problems without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options • Impacts the quality of own work
