Over the next 6 months, we’ll be adding 50–100+ experiential events to our schedule. We need someone who can help plan, visualize, and execute these events at scale while also keeping our broader marketing engine running on time. Responsibilities: • Own project timelines across campaigns, content, and product launches • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, creative, ops, and leadership • Plan and manage logistics for experiential marketing events, athlete activations, and pop-ups • Work closely with social, influencer, and content teams to track deliverables and publishing deadlines • Visualize what a high-impact brand event should look and feel like — from strategy to signage • Manage relationships with influencers and athletes involved in marketing and events • Run project check-ins, status updates, and stakeholder communications • Use project management tools to organize timelines, tasks, and execution details • Identify blockers or delays and recommend solutions in real time • Systematize repeatable campaigns and events (e.g., product drops, tours, pop-up activations) Background: • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a content-driven, marketing, or brand environment • Background in or exposure to social media, influencer marketing, or digital content production • Excellent organizational skills - you thrive in deadline-heavy, fast-paced environments • Clear communicator who can connect creative minds and operational thinkers • Familiarity with common project management tools and best practices • Bonus if you’ve worked in a CPG, supplement, fitness, or creator-led brand Apply now and you will be contacted ASAP.
