Key Responsibilities Own the annual events calendar and budget across all event types Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and AV partners Collaborate with Sales and Demand Gen on pipeline goals for each event Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B events experience in SaaS or cloud/tech Proven track record managing trade show presence at scale Experience planning executive and VIP experiences end-to-end Strong project management skills Comfortable with event technology and data-driven mindset
