Marketing & Events Representative

We’re hiring a Marketing & Events Representative to support nonprofit organizations through in-person community outreach and event-based fundraising. You’ll engage directly with community members, share the mission of our nonprofit partners, and help drive support through face-to-face interaction. Key Responsibilities • Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up events, retail locations, and community venues • Engage with the public in a professional, energetic manner to educate and encourage donations • Set up, manage, and break down event displays and materials • Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and accurately • Track daily event performance and community engagement • Work collaboratively with a team while building leadership skills • Learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, territory management, and client representation Training & Development This role is designed for growth and includes hands-on training in: • Marketing and brand representation • Professional communication and sales fundamentals • Ethical and compliant fundraising practices • Event coordination and execution • Territory and client management • Leadership and team development
