This role plays a key part in advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives—such as diversity, alumni relations, and business development—by delivering high-impact, well-executed events that elevate the firm’s brand and foster meaningful connections. This position can be based in our Silicon Valley (CA), San Francisco (CA), Santa Monica (CA), or Seattle (WA) office locations and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both from home and at your designated Fenwick office. The frequency of in-office work will be determined by business needs and guided by your department's directives. Team & Budget Management • Support Events Manager with budget oversight, including invoice processing and vendor management. Reporting to the Events Manager, the qualified candidate will have 5+ years of event planning or marketing experience in a fast-paced professional services environment, law firm experience a plus.
