This position will be responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives to bolster our brand’s presence and achieve our strategic objectives. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage timelines and projects effectively are critical to success in this role. • Lead the strategy and execution of FORSHAW’s internal and external storefronts, managing inventory, sourcing new merchandise, developing branded items, and uncovering opportunities to drive customer and employee engagement through thoughtful product curation • Independently own the creation of digital and print assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; deliver high-quality, brand-aligned materials without relying on external design resources • Manage the sourcing, design, and procurement of promotional items for events and marketing campaigns • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social platforms in alignment with vendor and internal standards • Conduct ongoing market research and monitor digital trends to optimize campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute brand-driven campaigns that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and align with overall marketing objectives across various channels • Perform additional marketing and communications tasks as needed Qualifications • Seven to ten years of experience required; bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred. • Proven track record of success in executing high-impact marketing and event initiatives, with strong attention to detail and an evolving creative eye for elevating brand experiences.
