The Marketing Project & Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Operations tasks. Work independently but understanding team work makes the dream work. • Assist in the development of the operational plan for each event and create complete and accurate production notes based on advance material and distribute to all staff • Assist and coordinate all aspects of event planning, event management, and event execution • Monitor and review company webpages to identify updates needed, potential issues and opportunities • Spearheading creation of promotional documents for the organization including internal and external communication • Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors • Represent organization positively with high level of professionalism at all times. • Assist with creating copy, edit and proof email and website projects • Assists with direct mail, advertising, and catalog editing and proofreading • Review/audit the website (and app) for accuracy, make copy updates • Assist with social media efforts and orders • Other duties may be assigned as needed, including supporting Director of Marketing • Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration as needed. Experience: • Marketing: 2 years (Required) • Events management: 2 years (Required)
