The Meeting and Event Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all meeting rooms and public areas of the facility are maintained to a high standard. • Supply and set up items not included in the room (flipcharts, whiteboard, screens, etc.). • Assist with conference room readiness to determine that the rooms are equipped with proper materials (pens, pads, handouts, event packages, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
