We’re seeking a friendly, hands-on problem solver to support daily operations in a busy commercial office environment in Charleston, SC. Mon-Fri $18-20 based on exp. Key Responsibilities: • Set up/break down meeting rooms; assist with basic AV and catering • Conduct daily facility walkthroughs, submit work orders, handle light repairs, and restock supplies • Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants • Back up front desk, mailroom, and barista duties as needed Requirements: • Strong communication and customer service skills • Positive, proactive attitude • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks • Basic computer skills; hospitality, retail, or property experience a plus Looking for a dynamic, active role where you can make an impact?
