Meeting and Event Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for the co-development and execution of Commercial in-person and virtual meetings and training/development for Quest Diagnostics. Responsible for vendor management, budget creation and management for Commercial events, execution of events, crisis management and assessment of results. This role serves as an integral support the Commercial team to enable them to execute on meetings, agendas, and communications in support of growth initiatives and strategies. Required Work Experience: • Minimum 3 years experience in hotel or event planning industry. Knowledge: • Organizational and operations skills for successful large events.
