Meeting and Event Operations Lead

In this role,you'llpartner with cross-functional partners like Travel Services, Live Production, Facilities, Food Services, Procurement, and IT to boost service delivery, improve processes, and support high-visibility events.You'llgather and analyze business partner feedback through collaborator engagement, focus groups,utilizationdata, and industry insights toidentifytrends, drive operational improvements, andoptimizeprocesses.You'llalso lead the maintenance and enhancement of event-related information channels, including employee-facing SharePoint sites, onsite digital displays, and event support resources, ensuring business partners have access toaccurateandtimelyinformation. This is a hybrid remote position; due to on-site needs, candidates must currently be located in Cleveland, Ohio. High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management, business or related field of study, and a minimum of five years of experience in event planning, corporate hospitality, or a related field This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies Preferred skillsExperience supporting and scheduling high-volume, large-scale corporate meetings and events for a recognizable brand, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience using eventutilizationdata, surveys, and focus groups toidentifytrends and opportunity areas, develop data-driven recommendations, and lead process improvements that increase operational efficiency and improve service delivery. Experience leading change management initiatives and communication strategies, partnering with collaborators to drive awareness, adoption, and sustainment of process, space, and service changes through Microsoft Teams, email, SharePoint, and digital display communications.
