If so, The Special Event Company, part of DRP Group, wants YOU to be an Associate Producer of events! From event inception to implementation, the Associate Producer will support our Senior and Executive Producers to strategize, design, execute, and evaluate each event, creating exceptional experiences for our clients and their end users. Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite required Excellent organization skills, including multitasking, time management and keen attention to detail Ability to work well with all levels management, staff, vendors and clients Sensitivity to proprietary and confidential information Must be able to work outside of normal office hours; many of our events are after-hours and/or over weekends Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a cool, calm and collective demeanor Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Agency environment minded with positive, friendly attitude Polished and professional for meeting and engaging with clients and prospects Hold a valid and clean driver's license Must have a clean background check (prerequisite for clients) Ability to travel within the US, and internationally; you can expect to travel about 30% of the time Get to know us For over 35 years, The Special Event Company has been a leading force in the event planning industry, renowned for our innovative approach and 40 international awards.
