Salary: Competitive salary and bonus structure Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and special event preparation, planning and executing onsite and offsite meetings, preparing correspondence, executing weekly payroll functions and approvals in Kronos, and monitoring and coordinating all event materials as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent time management and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and as part of a team, passion for innovation and commitment to continuous learning, ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high school diploma or equivalent experience.
