Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Effectively manage or provide support to team for the planning and logistics associated with Corporate, Colonial Life and Unum meetings and events. • Effectively manage budget expectations and provide expense management and reporting support for assigned meetings/conferences. • Performs other duties as assigned Job Specifications • Bachelor's degree preferred - specialty in event planning, hospitality, or marketing a plus • 4+ years of meeting and planning experience in the context of a results-oriented environment • Excellent organizational, time management, logistical planning, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and within set time frames.
