Principal Duties and Responsibilities Effectively manage or provide support to team for the planning and logistics associated with Corporate, Colonial Life and Unum meetings and events. Effectively manage budget expectations and provide expense management and reporting support for assigned meetings/conferences. Performs other duties as assigned Job Specifications Bachelor's degree preferred - specialty in event planning, hospitality, or marketing a plus 4+ years of meeting and planning experience in the context of a results-oriented environment Excellent organizational, time management, logistical planning, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and within set time frames.
