Meeting and Event Planner - Travel Services

Role overview: The Meeting and Event Planner - Travel Services is based in Stamford, Connecticut and supports booking workflows, traveler support, and supplier coordination. Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated project work. Demonstrated capability in event logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and contingency planning. Experience supporting travel services is preferred. Ability to document decisions, communicate clearly, and handle business information responsibly.

Initial priorities: Deliver a complete event plan with responsibilities, budget, and fallback arrangements. Begin by reviewing the current process, agreeing on a baseline with stakeholders, and identifying the most useful improvement to deliver. Work arrangement: Full-Time, On-site in Stamford, Connecticut. Estimated annual cash compensation: USD 52,000 to 70,500.
