The Meeting and Event Planning Manager plans, manages, and synchronizes essential details of meeting and employee events including Board of Trustee (BOT) meetings, industry professional conference meetings (State, National, and regional level), onsite volunteer committee meetings, and other ARRT events. • Provide BOT and executive staff with agendas for the event, such as information on activities and meals, dress code details, etc. • Submit volunteer committee travel and lodging requirements (along with updates) to established travel agency and hotel. • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage many simultaneous projects, using systems to organize and keep track of large amounts of information.
