Meetings and Experiences team is responsible for the successful procurement, planning and execution of Land O’Lakes enterprise meetings and events for internal and external audiences. From inception through completion, the Meeting and Experience Associate will oversee a portfolio of small to mid-sized meetings. In addition, this role will collaborate to design event collateral and lead the registration and attendee management process in partnership with the lead Event Manager on larger programs. • May require standing for long periods, walking great distances and ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs • Ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 25%. • Organizational awareness and knowledge of corporate standards and procedures • Ability to work independently as well as in teams to meet deadlines • Ability to work and communicate professionally with all levels in an organization • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
