Meeting and Events Operations Analyst II

• Act as system administrator for Cvent event management software • Collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) and IT to resolve integration issues. Complete knowledge of industry practices, customer service, and standards. Manage access to confidential information as intended by Arthrex policies. • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication at the same time. • Intermediate experience in Salesforce, Cvent applications, and system integration and configuration are preferred.
