We are looking for a Meeting Event Assistant for our client, a tech real-estate company based in Seattle Washington for a 12-month contract. Details: • This position is FULLY ONSITE 5 days\week in Seattle, Washington. The Meeting Event Assistant will assist the meeting/event staff with all aspects of planning a meeting or special events, and company retreats within the organization. • Support anywhere from 1-10 events per week at client's Seattle site, ranging in size but typically totaling 150-500 total employees gathering onsite during any given week • Act as on-site point of contact for Seattle team gatherings, interfacing with organization leaders, Assistants and event contacts. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $21.90-$25.56.
