Meeting & Event Coordinator

This position will be based in Seattle. Assist with logistics, reporting, room lists, communications, finances and budget, and system integrations • Build relationships with and act as a liaison for Moss Adams, clients, and vendors; provide service, troubleshoot issues, manage special requests, and schedule and attend meetings as appropriate • Review, code, and process invoices and corporate card charges by comparing to contracts, quotes, and proposals; research and resolve differences • Maintain all department documentation and the contract management database • Assist the team with various other tasks, including calendar management, expense management, and other support tasks Qualifications • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; event experience preferred; experience in an office environment preferred • Strong organizational skills, able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Time management, proven ability to simultaneously manage numerous projects and processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong professional presence, demonstrated good judgment, and the ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders in the firm as well as vendors and other outside parties • Self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet • Ability to travel as needed, up to 5%
