• Provide excellent customer service to the client and meeting attendees • Provide reservation support for onsite meetings and events. • Being the first point of contact for the client to gather meeting and event logistics to support their requests needs. • Able to retain knowledge and understand of the complexity of the meetings and meeting spaces. • Data entry; Maintain accurate reporting in Excel for meetings and other various data. • Ability to be on your feet, standing or walking for extended periods of time.
