Description & Requirements The Meeting and Event Planner is responsible for coordinating meetings and training events of varying size and scale for the firm, The idea candidate must have a minimum of (insert number here) within a corporate meeting and event role, is a team player, detailed oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to multitask... and prioritize effectively. This role collaborates with leaders across the firm to provide best-in-class meetings and events. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 1-3 years of applicable experience Preferred Qualifications: • 3-5 years of applicable experience • Certified Meeting Professional certification • Advanced Microsoft Office suite application skills • Event knowledge and experience • Travel industry knowledge • Corporate Travel experience, with expertise in vendor relationships and Concur system reporting, in addition to providing support through various tools including online resource center updates and timely responses to travel service desk emails
