Meeting & Event Planner, Attendee Recruitment & Engagement

This role serves as the attendee recruitment lead for Meetings and Events. Key responsibilities include creating attendee recruiting strategies, managing recruiting efforts, working with senior team members to generate invitation lists, and adhering to compliance regulations. The Meeting & Event Planner will also participate in internal and external meetings, work in CVENT to track incoming registrations, and assist with onsite attendee support at assigned events. Strong project management, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
