Candidates must be able to work EST or CST business hours.Meetings and Events is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with strategic business and brand objectives.Job Summary: The Meeting & Event Planner, Attendee Recruitment & Engagement will work closely with Meeting Managers, Pharmaceutical clients, and Healthcare Professional partners, assisting in the successful execution of both promotional and consulting activities, and is particularly responsible for working with our database and project managers to create invitation lists and manage outreach to our applicable audience for each event as well as maintaining tracking spreadsheets and providing status reports.
