The Meeting and Events Specialist serves a primary point-of-contact for guests/clients organizing and attending meeting events on property to ensure the events have seamless service. This position handles events of low to average complexity and manages the client relationship. to include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required. • On a continuous basis, sit at a desk for long periods of time in front of a computer screen.
