Meeting & Event Specialist

The Meeting & Event Specialist is responsible for the execution and support of successful meetings and events. Responsibilities Maintain effective and efficient communication;Create and maintain project timelines, and ensure outside parties are held responsible for meeting deadlines;Oversee registrations and follow-up with attendees;Coordinate logistics and event execution with various outside vendors;Prepare materials, reports, and conduct or designate the responsibility of required quality checks;Travel onsite to meetings, greeting guests and attending the hospitality desk during meetings, resolving issues related to hotel, flight, and other travel needs; andMay be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
