The Meetings and Events Coordinator supports internal teams with pre- and post-event logistics for various events and assists with event scheduling and coordination of external partners and stakeholders that utilize the DC Bar facility. • Assists with coordinating and finalizing various event logistics, including but not limited to scheduling meeting rooms, maintaining the events schedule in the Event Management System (EMS), catering coordination, and vendor research, selection, and management. • Assists in entering event logistics data into the EMS for weekly reports sent to the Meeting & Events department (MEP), Facilities, Security, and Engineering departments. The hybrid status of this position may change at any time subject to the Bar’s discretion.
