The Meeting & Events Planner is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of activities and special events. Essential Job Functions: • Manages activation events calendar, Eventbrite listings, monthly newsletter and assists with creation and online dissemination of RA Cookbook • Creates reservations within EMS Reservation System for activities in the amenity spaces and in the Cooking School with proper coding • Serves as the point person for the host during meetings.
