Customer Experience Manager • Develop and present tailored quotes and proposals to customers in a timely manner, leveraging our venue booking system and other relevant sources. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, as well as collaborate with various internal functions and departments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our CRM system at all times. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales forecasting efforts at your designated location, thereby contributing to the achievement of established revenue targets.
