Overview The Director of Meeting Planning is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of non-HCP, internal, and external meetings across all Shionogi US departments. This individual will bring meeting planning expertise to Shionogi US, with responsibilities including managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and executing programs on-time and within budget while ensuring compliance. • Serve as key project lead for Shionogi US, creating and executing strategic plans for each event. Qualifications and Competencies • Bachelor's Degree required; minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in meeting/event planning in a corporate environment.
