The Meeting Planning & Hospitality Specialist – Internal Events will serve as the main point of contact and plan mid-to-large scale meetings and events within the William Blair Conference Center. Essential Responsibilities • Plan mid-to-large scale onsite meetings and events, working with business unit contact(s) to plan onsite firm meetings and events, establish meeting/conference objectives and budgets, including specific needs and requirements. • Refresh meeting spaces and room set-ups for meetings and events as needed. • Schedule and facilitate walkthroughs of the William Blair Conference Center for new and existing events as requested by our clients. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
