• Provide beverage service, maintain beverage stations/stock, and room tidiness throughout the meeting / event. • Setup catering service for meetings and events in the conference center, including arraigning chaffing and service equipment, transferring and plating catered food into the Firm’s serving dishes, serving meals to clients and monitoring buffet lines to meet the Firm’s high standards of presentation. • Ensure catering kitchens are adequately stocked with supplies and dry goods are ready for service.
