Responsible for managing, planning, coordinating and conducting seminar activities for selected seminars with topic input from industry committee for each program, including hotel arrangements and onsite management. Responsible for meeting registration-related functions including set-up, support, management of registration technology system and on-site registration. Other meeting tasks as assigned. Ability to meet deadlines, to initiate new ideas, provide creative solutions to problems and work independently. Ability to prioritize and balance numerous tasks with accuracy and speed, and maintain a professional working attitude under pressure.
